Free standard shipping:

We offer free standard shipping for most products. Exceptions are clearance items or special items as marked.

Our return and exchange policy is simple:
We will accept returns and exchanges for any reason for up to 30 days from purchase. If there are questions or concerns about our products, consider contacting us before requesting a refund.

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. This requirement is waived if the product is defective.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. If you’re a registered customer, the order information will be available on your account information page.

To start the return process for refund, exchange, or replacement of a defective item, send an email to returns@hairtyz.com and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Physical address
  • Contact number (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time)
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • What would you like for us to do (exchange or refund)

We will send an email with return instructions.

We may respond via email or phone to ask additional questions. Every return represents an opportunity for us to improve the design and quality of our products. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you requested a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. If you requested an exchange, you’ll receive an email when the replacement is on the way.

You will be responsible to pay shipping and handling costs and/or or a reasonable exchange fee. Shipping and handling and exchange fees are non-refundable.

If returning items worth more than $25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
